"Heat and Cool installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. The work was professional, they were very polite and left everything clean. I also had them insulate my attic, I only had about 4 to 6 inches of insulation. I have received 2 gas bills since the install and they are half of what they were last winter. I will defiantly keep using them"

My family had recently bought a house where the previous good ol' boy owner had recently installed a Bryant ductless system himself from his "honey-do" list. The estimate H&C gave us to fix and redo our system was very reasonable, and despite more hours of diagnostics and tech support than they probably originally realized would be involved in a very technical and complex problem with improperly installed ductless technology, H&C honored their original estimate and gave us a year warranty on the work they provided. He analyzed our system to determine our needs based upon new technology. He presented us with a couple of options. This helped us choose the best system for our home. Kelly, in the office, helped to schedule our installation and arranged for their plumbing company to come and repair another issue. Sage and Dustin, the installers, were respectful of our time and proficient in teaching us to operate the new system. While fine tuning the new system at installation, it was discovered the original duct work had an air flow restriction. Master tech, Aaron Schwartz, came on two different days to correct the situation. We are pleased with the new system. And Heat and Cool LLC"s commitment to customer satisfaction. "We just bought our home and our A/C unit is covered under our home warranty. We have had Heat and Cool out, and techs were nice but the office lady Kelly is the absolute rudest person we have ever dealt with. She gave my wife a lecture about how to be a responsible home owner and refuses to do her part for the warranty. She stated that she really hopes non of their customers ever use a home warranty."
