"The plumber they sent was great, I think his name was Zachary. He fixed my well pump in 15 minutes. Thankfully it was the control box and not the well pump itself. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because this is the first time I’ve ever had to use a plumber as my husband usually fixes everything. But his back was out so he wasn’t able. It was 509$ to replace the control box which is pretty crazy expensive to me. I know that part isn’t more than 200$ and that’s on the high end. I just feel that’s a lot of money to swap out a part. I was expecting like maybe 3-400$ at most. Other than the price I’m very happy with the tech they sent. He was great and knew what he was doing."
