"My phone just went out. My local Verizon store was not helpful . Sold me a new phone and couldn't of cared less about my situation and recommend a competitor about an hour away to MAYBE fix my phone. This place was 15 minutes away. He actually atleast acted like he cared. Chatted with him an was a wonderful man !! Fixed it ! Went above and beyond. I can't thank him enuff. Customer service is something that is not lost here !! Again thank you from the bottom of my heart. Much of my content is irreplaceable."

"The hinge on my laptop was broken and my dad had taken it in to get fixed. He repeatedly told the guy at the counter not to open it because it was causing the screen to pop out and the guy defiantly opened it anyway, causing my expensive touch screen to crack. A week later I came in to pick it up and I was obviously upset about my screen being cracked and the original problem not being fixed. The owner told me he wasn’t paying to fix it and to not come back if I left with my tablet. smh. This is not how you should run a busines! I am so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Best Buy can fix it faster and for cheaper. Now I have to pay to get the hinge fixed AND the screen repaired."

"I got my phone screen replaced here and a new screen protector. In less than a week, the screen and screen protector were both cracked in different spots. The phone was never dropped. My boyfriend called and they told him it was not covered by warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. Shady business practice."
