"Excellent equipment but terrible at communicating. Business could be a lot better if their employees would coordinate with each other. If you have something serviced make sure that you write down what you want or you'll end up with a outrageous bill and they don't call when something is repaired or a part comes in it's up to you. All great companies have happy customers. First time customer for myself here so I guess that I'm just supposed to know how they run their business. I also didn't like the comment of when people buy mowers we don't make any money selling them but it's different when you buy heavier equipment I'm sure. Regardless all customers should be treated fairly and the same."
