John went through the owners manual with me, showed me all the controls and features, and gave me some tips about maintaining it. As a new rider, this was greatly appreciated. After all the paperwork and going over everything, he loaded it into my truck and showed me how to tie it down. Best price, great service, small business.... also, I got to pet their dog."

He helped me order the bike I want, apply for loan, give me safety instructions (I'm a beginner) and finally help me load it onto the trailer.
