"The company advertises that they are transparent but they are far from it. The employees refused to give me an itemized receipt. My receipt only says a total dollar amount. I was told that a panel was put on but it is not in writing. I think this is suspicious and bad business practice. The employee was going to download an app to swipe my bank card that also made me uncomfortable. Also the company truck was leaking oil in my driveway."
"My boiler heater went out in may. We decided to wait till fall to fix it since it was getting warm outside. We searched many businesses but most had bad reviews. ones that seemed good didn’t service boilers. We called Dr. He explained how the system worked. I always had natural gas furnace. So I was unfamiliar with this system. It leaked which another company said was normal. The gentleman said it should never leak, unless something wrong. He gave me a fair estimate to repair. The system was old and rusted so I told him I rather install a new one. He scheduled me for installation the next day. They came on time and also found the water heater was installed wrong. I had it installed 6 months ago. He fixed it and noted future problems with the stack. He was quick, polite, and answered all questions I had. I definitely recommend them. It’s better to hire professionals especially when it involves gas."
