"We took our AS here for about a 10 day stay earlier this year. She was perfectly healthy when we dropped her off. During our vacation we called to check on her twice and was assured she was doing fine. We returned to pick her up and AFTER PAYING was informed that she had contracted kennel cough and had been isolated for days. When asked why they said she was doing fine and why we were not notified of her illness they said that they thought maybe she would be over it before we were to pick her up. Took her immediately over to the vet where it cost us over $200 for medications, exam. No offer to cover any of the costs. Our AS has not been the same dog since her "solitary confinement". We will NEVER use this place again! Look at my other reviews and judge for yourself. How many are 3 stars and above versus 2 stars or less. Over 16,000 views and an "opinion" is exactly what a review is. You did us WRONG and you can tell by your lengthy explaining away. Additionally we HAD TO take her to the vet because we have another dog and it was the responsible thing to do."

"2nd time taking our dogs here. They do a very good job of bathing and nail trimming. Highly recommend you book appointments well in advance as they fill up quick!"

"Just overall horrible communication, never taking my pet here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s under my moms name and it was boarding, I even emailed the day I couldn’t pick up my dog cause I was told the wrong time and wasn’t informed of being closed on Mondays by anyone. And the email I sent never got a response back, the only thing I got back was rude service."

"We have used Just Paws for boarding several times in the past couple of months and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The first time boarding they offered to take us back and show us exactly where our dog would be kenneled. They did not rush the process and were so friendly! Their facility is very clean, and I have no worries that they're too overcrowded or unable to meet her needs. They even took very detailed notes for her feeding schedule! They complimentary bathed her after 3 days of boarding and she looked nice and smelled great. They're very reasonably priced, as well! I can't say enough good things about this place and our Lily girl loves it. 10/10 recommend"
