"Building looks nice from the outside however, upon entering the double doors we noticed things broken and outdated. The key card reader for the front door was broken with exposed wires, the check-in area was dark and the receptionist spoke very little to us at check in and check out. Not friendly at all. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot and now we see why. Parking lot is a good size but when it snows the hotel staff won't even spread salt on the sidewalk. Staff/owners seem cheap. Peeling paint in the bathroom of our room, mini fridge was a little dirty on the inside, visible hand prints on the head board of the bed. We paid for a jacuzzi suite and we got a tub that was old, tiny and dirty. The tub needed scrubbed, there was visible dirt around the jet holes. There were nails sticking out of the wall where the Access doors were for the tub. We had to share our room with stink bugs and the heater didn't work right. There was a strong draft under the heater making it feel like we had the window open, and the thermostat on the heater wasn't working so the heater just ran non stop. We had a non- smoking room and yet the clean blanket had a cigarette burn on it. Very disappointed in our stay."

"The only place in Sullivan to stay, no elevator, friendly service, forget the breakfast, clean rooms, quiet, Walmart and fast food places across the street, and lots of parking space."

"Bed was / is old, you can clearly see the "dips" in the mattress. Suprising since this is perfect of the Wyndham family"

"Well the ac unit did not work very good and the lady bugs we're crawling all over the ceiling and walls. Location was great, nice bathroom but was a little disappointed."
