"It was clean and quick. We were in for blood work. The nurse we had was rather no- nonsense, but for as many people as they see I can't blame them. We didn't have to wait for long, and it was done pretty quickly."

"They don't answer the phone. When confronted about it they say their busy and understaffed while there are several people just standing around and no patients in the waiting area. Never returns calls. Handed my case off to someone at a different facility who then just decided they werent going to take it. Came in for ear and head pain was told theyd take a sample to test for bacterial infection then came back 20 minites later said I had covid despite no symptoms and just told me to come back later."

"The Suburban Glass Service, Inc. company made my trip to get blood work done more complicated today as they were parking 2 large white work vans in 2 accessible parking spots. I require a van accessible parking spot for my electric wheelchair. When I said something to them they said they have permission from maintenance of the IU Health facility that they were working on, but they would move anyway. When they moved the vans, they moved them to 2 van accessible spots, which are difficult to find if you are someone who needs these spots (they were already taking up one van accessible spot the first time). When I went inside and discussed the situation with the lady checking me in she said she was sorry, but made no effort to rectify the situation or contact anyone from maintenance who allegedly gave them permission to park there. After getting blood work completed I came out to see that they were still parked in the 2 van accessible spots, I then advised them that this is also not ok and told them that regardless if the facility's maintenance said it was alright, it is still illegal. At this time, another patron had parked next to me and was also taking pictures of their vans with an unhappy look on her face. I pointed this out to them and advised them that their vans will likely be on social media by the end of the day due to this because these spaces are utilized often by patrons. The workers advised me they would unload their vans and move them to regular parking spots while they complete their work. I thanked them, as they were just trying to do their job, but the employees at the IU Health Methodist Medical Plaza South should never be giving permission for contractors to take up their accessible parking. I have been there in the winter and had to park on the other side of the building only to have to travel through wind and snow to get inside since all the other doors were locked because contractors were taking up all the close accessible parking. Thank you to the 2 workers who finally figured out how to get their job done without breaking the law while doing it. To the IU Health Methodist Medical Plaza employees- Please Stop Having Contractors Take Up The Accessible Parking!"
