"Name of the place is a bit misleading. They focus on silver and gold. If you have errors, toners, etc, they don't care. They purchase Proof DCAM at face value or weight in previous metal. Sold them Mint sets even and they never once opened them. I realized this going back home 30+ minutes ago. Had an envelope with 2 sets inside and they never looked. Price of silver was current at least."
"I’m not a coin collector. I know very little about coins. I had a coin collection that was sitting in the attic, so I took it to The Coin Index. Michelle was very helpful throughout the whole process. She carefully inspected all the coins. She also educated me on the value of the coins. Unfortunately, I was missing some of the most valuable ones from the coin books!! She was great and I was really surprised at the total value she offered to purchase my coins. If you are into coins or if you have a coin collection sitting around, go see Michelle and Andy."
