"My experience was similar to other peoples’. Continually told me they would get to my septic tank “when they were in my area”… I would check in with them weekly, but finally was given an update that they didn’t have my service request or quote. When they finally did come pump my tank, they included additional charges for “tank locating”… but I was the one that located the tank for them. Overall, I just hope they can correct the way they do business because this area needs good businesses."
"3 months of trying to get visit. 3 times said would come on a certain date. “We’ll call when on way”. So took off work to wait. They couldn’t even provide estimate on morning or afternoon. After each no show said there was no appointment. Angies list found plumber and had appointment in 30 minutes."
"We have called multiple times in the past year. They make promises but do not return calls or come to our property. I tried again 2 weeks ago with no return call. They were excellent with our septic tank 10 years."
"Waste of time. Call someone else that wants your business. They’ll just give you the run around. Pretty sure they overcharged. They did finally finish the job we needed them to do but it took almost a month of constantly being told they’ll be out, or when they did come out they weren’t prepared for what they were supposed to do and had to come back. They took our money before they ever came to check it out and then didn’t make their first attempt to come out til 2 wks after they took our money."
"I was trying to get service through these guys with my home warranty company. They sent the request last Tuesday and says that someone would contact me within 24 hours. It is now the following week and no one has contacted me. I’ve tried, the warranty company tried, and nothing. Apparently they don’t care about getting customers and then trying to retain them. Nor do they care about their contracts otherwise I would have been contacted."
