"Full furnace and AC units installed, fast, friendly, professional. Custom sheet metal work, all new to fit perfectly. Also was lowest priced in the area. Had problem with bugs in my AC unit in late summer, they came out and did a diagnostic, and cleaned the contacts, no charge. Absolutely wonderful to work with."

"This is the second time I have utilized their services. The first time was great. Simple repair, prompt, reasonable cost. I still gave them 3 stars because the service tech completed the repair well, he was professional, and my complaint is partially my fault. Because I had such a good experience last time and I was busy at work I just assumed the cost was reasonable and I OK'd the repairs without doing my own research until after the tech had left. The bottom line is the total parts cost about $800 new via Amazon, he was there for 2 hours and they charged me almost $2800. I would have been fine with a markup of $500-1000 for the time and service call. 2 grand seemed excessive to me. I would still recommend them for small jobs. After analyzing the invoice it seems that they bill by adding about 250% to each part replaced, so if it is one $100 part it's not a bad deal, but if it's six as it was in my case then it gets to be egregious. Whatever you do be sure to get an estimate and review their pricing before committing. In the future, I will be more diligent and switch to someone who charges time plus materials."
