"Pandora was out of stock of everything I wanted and I found this store and they have such a huge assortment of in stock items. They provide Amazing customer service and were beyond helpful. They definitely earned a new customer."
"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone just because the sales people don’t know accurate information about Pandora . I paid for a stopper charm and she added a piece to make it a stopper which caused me to lose a charm bc it wasn’t actually attached to the bracelet itself just a piece of black plastic and the charm is now lost that I paid for w/o policy for a replacement . She could’ve informed me that there are different stoppers per bracelet style & gave me my options dedicated to my specific bracelet . They don’t make Pandora a priority due to lack of knowledge of the brand & merchandise sold, the collections and charms they’ve had in stock for the past 7 - 8 months since the launch . They only have Pandora to try and draw attention to they’re jewelry store which is a scam in my opinion . I just wouldn’t recommend going in bc they treat you like a sale and from a person in customer service for the pas 3 years every customer is to be treated as a paid customer ."

"It’s after 11 and they are still not open ,the young lady who is opening the store was on her phone the entire time now it 11:09 and she tell me another 10 min wait omg . And on another she walked in with me at 10:54 drinking her coffee"
