"I would not recommend this credit union to anyone. My wife and I went in to get a home equity loan, now since the house is in my wife’s name, it’s gotta be in her name which is fine. I stopped into the branch today to ask some questions about accounts and I was told that Becky would give me a call to discuss them. I hadn’t heard anything back I called them and spoke with Angela the branch manager, she advised me that she saw me in the branch and just assumed that I had questions about the loan and called and talked to my wife. Not even considering my questions that had nothing to do with the loan."
"Rude teller at W Jefferson branch on 6/1. Came in to cash checks (since mobile deposit is a ridiculous process now). Took her forever. She was lecturing me about holding onto my checks for too long? I explained that my home branch had been relocated and i had been struggling with the mobile deposit. She continued to lecture about check hold dates. Then she was FINALLY able to cash the checks. She counted out the money, I took some that she had counted to put in an envelope (she had ALREADY COUNTED IT). She made me take it back out, put it on the counter, and RECOUNT IT. Took 20 minutes to cash my checks. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. I’ve never had someone deal with MY MONEY so rudely."
