"Real people treating you like real people. Been reading recently about how fifth third is closing 44 or so branches - due to "changing customer needs". No kidding they have rotten customer service in my opinion anrtedd since I am very vocal about it I have found that many many people feel the same way. I have been with Heritage for several years now and am staying where I am. Started an account with fifth third in the amount of 45k and the branch manager wanted to chg me 9 bucks for a 2k cashiers check. Threatened to call the police on me if I ever came back on bank property after she told me she would waive the fee and then decided she didn't want to. Pardon but I have been waiting for a year to find the opportunity to tell this True story."
