"Don't do it. I have had two separate dealings with them and both have been horrible. I will never do business with them again. They lie about work being done, they say they will come back and never do, then send you overpriced invoices for it. I have had them on camera walking up to the home to do a termite bond, literally do nothing and leave then send an invoice. This is why I have cameras. On new properties they will try and strong arm you into signing a contract for service. DO NOT SIGN, you legally do not have to sign, and don't even let them on your property. They will come out damage your yard and leave without fixing it. Worst pest control company I have ever dealt with."
