They came to clean my carpets VERY thoroughly- they even had a temporary door they placed on my door frame while my door was open so that the A/C didn't escape. They also had guards on every corner of my wall where their equipment was so they didn't scratch it up. They had shoe nets and all kind of things to make sure my home was treated with top respect! They were super friendly. They even came back a 2nd time a couple days later for FREE because my dog got very sick and we had a mess on our hands on the very carpets they cleaned.
