"They never return calls or help when needed. We’ve had the same loan payment with auto payments for years. They didn’t tell us it changed and won’t call back or help with switching our auto payments. Paid what was past due on the phone and they’re still saying we are past due. Been dealing with it for months. Everyone just keeps saying we will call back and never do."
