"If there was an option for negative stars, I would max that out. This shop has the worst customer service and people skills ever!!! To speak to someone who is grieving a loss of their family member and laugh at them is horrendous and appalling. Then to confirm delivery address and not go there as directed and go where they think you live is just another example of their poor service. I had to call to ask who the flowers were from and was told I was the 3rd person to call for that information. Then she blamed it on the website? 3 in a row is a sign of an issue. I highly recommend going to ANY other shop and avoid the heartbreak and frustration of such a poor experience."
