"If I could give less stars I would the level of incompetence and just uncaring about people's packages or mail from the delivery driver is unacceptable multiple times "package can't be delivered because front door and mailbox is obstructed" is completely untrue yet they leave the junk mail in the mailbox and only do a partial delivery and if you try to call the office in town they are rude and just hang up on you...the Brazil post gives the USPS a bad rep"

"I went to Brazil to apply for a passport. I have an appointment and I arrived 10 minutes early like it said on the website. I came in, and there was nobody there so I waited at the desk. Finally, CHELSEA came out and asked me what she can help me with. I told her that I have an appointment for my passport application. Her shoulder dropped and she let out a big SIGH. Chelsea said “UGH. Ok.” She walked at the back and came back looking like she hates her job. My friend and I looked at each other because how Chelsea acted was not okay, but we stayed quiet. After a while, she then asked me if I have cash for the money order, I said no, I only have my debit card. Chelsea let out a big SIGH again, so I asked if I needed cash —because it said I can use debit card for money order. She said no, debit card is fine. I was confused with her attitude. She then told me that I have to wait for her manager to come back since she couldn’t do it because she’s out of money order slip or something. We waited for the manager. He was really nice. Totally the opposite of Chelsea. I understand that a job can be frustrating but showing how frustrating it is infront of your customer is not okay. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She was very rude."

"Our carrier is Ethan. Our first experience was he was speeding down our private Drive looking at his phone, not noticing my dog, I'm in the drive flagging him to stop. He came within a foot of killing her. I told him not to speed he got hateful and said he slows down when he arrives. Several requests to leave packages at front door under roof, he refuses and leaves them to be rained on. Sunday delivery was marked attempted but our gate was blocked. My husband was hunting on our drive, no attempt at delivery made. Saturday my husband approached this person stating deliveries where to be left at the front porch. He slammed it down and said its fine where it is. It's was exposed to the rain. He also stated he was okay with our reporting him because he did not care and we could cry about it. Obviously this very immature person is not experiencing repercussions for his lousy service, abusing customers, and reckless driving. Lisa must not understand not only is he a poor reflection on the Brazil Store but also her lack of managerial skills and leadership. Yes we have complained and reports written and so far to tell the post office this individual is no longer allowed on our property or we will file charges...thats pretty bad. I do not recommend this store."

"Worst post office I've been through, and I've moved around the country. Multiple packages have been lost, MANY packages I spent EXTRA money on for overnight or 2 day shipping weren't delivered and now the incompetent driver for Sunday can't figure out how to deliver to Brazil Housing Authority. I usually support the postal service, but this is too much. It needs to be shut down"

"I just started to utilize the Brazil, Indiana USPS. So far they are Rock Steady and I have no complaints. I'd give personal compliments, however I don't know any names yet. TBC"
