"Love the Mexican rice and steak quesadilla. Awesome service and prices aren't bad! Food tastes great! We got the macaroni and cheese kids meal, steak and chicken quesadillas , Mexican hamburger, and side of rice."
"I ordered a steak. The menu clearly states under steak platters, they will be served with refried beans, rice and 3 tortillas. My platter came without beans rice and tortillas. I call the waiter and asked for the rest of my meal. In broken English he stated no get beans and rice. I was like your menu clearly states you get this with the meal. He said no. And walked off. Didnt even ask if I'd like some. The kicker is 2 weeks ago it all came like it was suppose to. I probably eat here at least once a week, if not more. Not ever again!"
"At 7:15pm on December 21, 2023, my husband and I had a most disappointing experience at this restaurant. Until tonight, we have loved coming here to eat. There were two gentlemen ahead of us waiting to be seated. Behind us came thirteen rude people, both adults and children, who pushed their way inside to get ahead of those of us patiently waiting. The male host came out and unfortunately did not ask who was first. He just went with the closest person. The rude adults of the party of thirteen quickly responded to the male host. I spoke up that we were all there first. The gutless male, with zero integrity, sheepishly stated oh yeah they were here first. The adult woman rudely responded to the host, knowing they were not first. She's more important than anyone else, or so she thinks. My husband and I are sick of rude people who teach their children poor manners. What a shame. The staff of Cilantro's needs to remember a wonderful American custom of First come, First served. We left and went elsewhere to eat our dinner. Will we be back? Doubtful! My husband will not tolerate this treatment!"
"Nice Mexican restaurant. They're drinks are a little overpriced. The real hacienda chimichanga was oversalted. I feel like it normally wouldn't be this way. May have just been a mistake by the cook. But it was seasoned well."
