"Terrible service. Constantly getting wrong mail. I just tracked my package that was supposed to be delivered Thursday. Package was already by this location. It’s Saturday. Still says package is at the post office. I live two blocks away. And now it won’t be delivered until Monday. Ladies behind the counter are not people people. Very rude. My son has had problems with getting his banking mail delivered because of the post office not accepting it. But they KEEP DELIVERING mail for people who do not or have never lived at my address after I have left notes, messages and complaints. And our carrier delivers wet mail, leave the mailbox open with mail hanging out sometimes… 0/10."

"paid 250$ for express shipping and i cant even pick up my package a day early even though they have my package there. On the website it says i should be able to pick it up, but this place wont because if they do it for me they have to do it for everyone."

"No matter what time of day you go even if there’s one person ahead of you you are waiting for 20+ minutes. Second day in a row I just went and waited in line and walked out because there were still two people ahead of me and the time was insane! The woman and the gentleman that work there are both beyond slow and I’m not sure why there isn’t anyone in any of the offices that can come out to help when the line is out the door or when they notice that a person is waiting in line for 20 minutes when only one person is ahead of them."

"Terrible service! Got our first snow of the year and it’s barely a dusting on our road/driveway. Nothing is blocking the mailbox. But I got a message that my package was “undeliverable” because they couldn’t access our front door. They didn’t even try. My husband has a small sedan and he got up the driveway no problem. Also, we frequently get other people’s mail delivered to our address but apparently they can’t deliver our actual mail."

"Other than the 5 star review by the employee, I have no idea why there are so many 5 star reviews! Relocated to the area two years ago and have never had such terrible service. Receive wrong mail several times a month, we collect it and try to return and we’re the inconvenience?! Hardly any of the mail carriers and drivers are in uniform so sometimes it looks like our mail was being delivered late because a bum stole the truck. Lobby is dirty but they do put their “best” employees at the desk."
