"I used this place before the pandemic and they were decent. I put some things in the cleaners a couple months ago and just pulled it out .. it looks exactly like I just took the dress off lol .. I have to laugh from getting upset. The stain is still there. The personality of the man that helped me was blahhh… it was the last time for me."

"I have used this place a couple of times and they usually do decent work but I had to take a white dress shirt back because it had stains on it and the guy said he’d reclean it. No problem. So I went back and there are still notable stains on it. The customer service also just isn’t very good. It’s the same guy every time and he’s not friendly at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place."

"I had been a customer of theirs for a little over four straight years for dry cleaning and my dress shirts. Of late, my clothes have been coming back to me damaged and stained. 4-5 items now in last month or so. Looks like rust stains. I don’t know if their equipment is getting old or if they are hiring bad workers but clothes are expensive and I just can’t risk going back to them anymore and having more get ruined."

"Took in two brand new pairs of pants along with some other items. I literally took the tags off the pants right before I took them in to be cleaned. When they came back and I took them out to wear them I noticed stains on both pair. I took them back same day and young lady working offered to clean them again. When I got them back the stains were still there but this time were purple. I took them back yet again and this time the older man was there and once again they offered to clean them. They came back still stained and when I asked what could be done he told me they clean hundreds of pants and I was the only one complaining. He said it wasn’t his responsibility. I do not recommend this business as they are dishonest and if they ruin your clothing there’s nothing you can do."

"Just moved from out of state and needed to find a good dry cleaners. Drove by and decided to try this business. Had a brand new jacket and when I took it out to wear it found the zipper was broken. Went to the store that same night after work and talked to the owner. Besides the communication gap, he pretty much told me that it wasn't his responsibility and how did he know I didn't break the zipper myself. Very rude and absolutely no customer service skills. No apology no empathy and definitely no ownership at all. Very disappointing that a business owner would treat his customers this way."
