"The service was outstanding. from the salesman, the installer (Drew), in three days it was completely installed including a one day weather delay. It seemed kind of expensive, but the fact it has an outstanding transferrable warranty, and I'll never have to clean my gutters again made it well worth it. Part of my house, the gutters are 32' high. Plus 12mo 0% financing."

"Do not use!!! Expensive, miscommunication between salesman and customers. Clearly we told him what we wanted but when installer came out, it was only front of house. They gave us no diagram until work started. Only thing this company has going is the installer was a nice and honest guy. I also hear from others they don’t back their product. Boss never did call and ask what he could do for us. Not a peep!!! Pressure to sign up immediately telling us we wouldn’t get the deal if didn’t sign up immediately…that was a big red flag I should of seen. Jesus Christ, this just gets worse. Now we have had our first rain and I see dripping water from gutter where they installed. I still have not gotten my 2800 from roof damage, I will be shocked if they come out to fix this problem now."

"Do not ever use Leaffilter for your gutter guards. Their sales team, product installation, and the product itself are all good. However, you can’t have your roof replaced without getting the guards removed by them first (it voids the warranty and they are very upfront about it—no worries). Except our roof has to be replaced bc of wind and hail damage and I can’t get the local Birmingham office to give me an official quote so I can submit it to my insurance company for payment. No written estimate=no new roof=continued water damage to the interior of my house. There are no local phone numbers listed, so you have to call corporate. Fine. I’ve called 6 times over 2 weeks, been told both the local and regional offices will contact me; my husband has contacted them as well—and still we have gotten nothing. Nothing. Not even a call back or an email. My husband got a random text from someone at the local office with a quote (mind you I was told by corporate that someone would have to come out to measure my house and then give me a quote—and the text was a week before anyone came to my house to measure) and when I asked for it in writing, I was told I would get it the same day. That was over a week and a half ago. Still waiting. And being ignored by this person as well, as my husband has asked again since and gotten no response. He went by their office yesterday but nobody was there (despite it saying they are open til 9pm). Avoid this company like the plague."

"Per contract, gutters and downspouts were to be repaired/aligned as needed. I have multiple downspouts that were not attached to the wall. Gutters and downspouts were to be cleaned during installation. Gutters were cleaned as evident by the debris left on roof and hard surfaces around house. Downspouts...don't know. According to contractor salesperson sold me the wrong size guard. Would that have affected the price? Did anyone offer to correct? No! Should have went with a local company. I will end up have to spend more money to fix what LeafFilter was paid to do. ALA18703 UPDATE 10/25/2022 Let me start by saying Yes it is raining pretty heavy when pics were taken. Only significant rain in 2 months to verify the "PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF LEAFFILTER SYSTEM" . Should I have more issues than before LeafFilter? Customer service sent a rep out. Took pics and I quote" I'll talk to contractor about your concerns". Like I said previously, should have paid more money and went with somebody else to have gutters that work. I have new pics and a video to show the professional work performed. I will continue to update with pics and videos until issue is fixed. Just an after thought I have a lifetime no clog guarantee in writing.....guess that will never be an issue since water is not going in gutters. Smart move LeafFilter. Genius. UPDATE 07/17/2023 So I call customer service. I was told by customer service Regional and/or Local Manager would be onsite COB 05/19/2023. 2-3 weeks later local manager sends a text. No phone calls ever. He must have it saved because word for word the same from previous text. All the rain has them behind is why I haven't heard or had anyone show up since Feburary. I removed a section of this wonderful system to see the difference. Last 2 pics. Water that looks like it is flowing thru a colander, Leaffilter. Other pic, section removed because of constant overflow soaking everything in a 10 ft radius under screened in porch. Thanks again Leaffilter."
