"Unfortunately, Sugar House messed up my cupcake order for my wedding. We were instructed by the staff to not open the sealed box until after 5 to keep the cupcakes fresh. Come 5:15 when we open the box, we notice the order is incorrect. Unfortunately, this was after hours and they were closed. Once sugarhouse was notified of their error, they had the audacity to ask if we can bring the cupcakes back and say sorry mistakes happen. They have taken very little responsibility in this matter and have stopped responding to all communication."
"Cupcakes are delicious; however, the owner baked and packaged the wrong cupcakes for my sister-in-laws wedding and then refused to make any sort of amends in the days following. The owner offered a listless apology via text response and then stopped responding all together (after brushing off our concerns with a “well mistakes happen” text). We were disregarded and quickly dismissed. Felt a bit embarrassed because I was the one who recommended Sugar House to the bride and groom. Just make sure you triple check your orders from Sugar House as soon as you pickup (even though they reassured us we didn’t have to), it does appear they are a bit unorganized and can’t keep track of all orders."

"We used her service for our Wedding 2020 Feb. before she had her store front in Fairhope. She was very personable and very thorough. Gave us the Sample of flavor (there was a minimal cost but really low cost) on cupcake and we had fun tasting every one of them. We just wanted simple two tear cake (flower were out by us lol) and the cake was delicious! Her store in downtown sells cookies and cupcakes now, they are all so good!"
