"My husband bought a valentine bouquet for me and was expecting a big beautiful bouquet considering the fact that he pre-paid $109 dollars for it. When he went to pick it up he was very shocked to see that the bouquet didn’t look much different than something he could get at Publix. In fact roses that he had bought for me from Costco looked better and lasted a lot longer for a fraction of the cost. He actually returned to the store and asked the lady working there “ Is this seriously it?” They made no effort to make it up to him or apologize that the bouquet wasn’t what he was expecting. This is a photo of the roses after they were at the house for a week. They looked about a week old when we received them. Also the vase wasn’t included."
