"This review is looonnnggg overdue. My daughter tried to get assistance from this place and unfortunately ran into a brick wall by the name of Stephanie. Stephanie was more concerned with how they would get paid than my daughter's mental health, which is a sad but true assessment of our interaction with her. As a Veteran we have Tricare but that wasn't enough for Stephanie as she couldn't find us in Tricare East. So, I moved my daughter's coverage from Tricare West to Tricare East, but that still wasn't enough for Stephanie. Oh no....she STILL couldn't find her in the system. My daughter even provided a letter stating she was now under Tricare East, but no, still wasn't enough for Stephanie as she was super concerned with how they would get their money. As a last resort to try to get help my daughter tried to schedule and pay out of pocket, but here comes Stephanie... again.... making the decision that no, we don't want you to do that. Then Stephanie had the gall to try to refer us to another place, since we also have Blue Cross. This place MAY be good, but after dealing with Stephanie repeatedly in all likelihood it isn't. I told my daughter to avoid this place like the plague as they obviously WERE NOT interested in her mental wellbeing in the least."
