"The worst experience ever! I went to Blue Water Marine looking for a Pontoon boat and saw what I liked but it wasn’t in stock. I met with the owner who was very nice. He said they expected the boat within a couple of weeks and it would be at the upcoming boat show. Two weeks later his assistant was supposed to call me but she didn’t. I called the owners cell phone and he said he was on his way to the boat show and the boat hadn’t been delivered yet but come out and we’d work out a deal. The next day I went to the boat show and he promised the boat was due in the next Thursday and he told Kasie to give me the best price possible. That was three weeks ago. I called that Thursday and they had gotten the boat but Kasie hadn’t seen their invoice yet but said she would get it and call me back with a final price. Well no call! I called the following Monday and she said it still hadn’t been taken out of the wrapping and the motor wasn’t on but promised she’d call me. Again, cricket! I then waited until today and sent her an email asking if she could give me a price yet. She finally said yes, however, she offered NO “boat show” discount, instead she lied to me about the price, wasted more than 5 weeks of my time and didn’t negotiate in good faith at all! In her last note with the horrible “list” pricing she said to let her know as she had others who wanted the boat! If you’re not going to give someone a negotiated “great” (the owners words, not mine) price, just say they are going for list price and we’re not reducing them. The price offered was more than I could have bought it from 5 other companies at their list price. Horrible experience!"

"TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION A D CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a cart and was told 3 weeks to get it in. After 3 weeks called and they couldn’t give me a delivery date or even an update, Steve said be patient so we were. At 4 weeks called and got the same thing. At 5 weeks went by there and was told by Kasie that Steve would call us, he never did. I called the next day and was told Steve would call me and he never did. The next day my wife went by and asked for a refund, Wayne said he couldn’t process it but would have Kasie call me. 2 days went by with no phone call I went by there and they said our return was being processed….. but still no one had called us back."
