"The employees that I’ve had to speak to have been pleasant enough. But as a company they could stand to do better. I had a water leak that went on for several months. After realizing that there was a leak, I followed the procedures to be reimbursed (with the understanding that they would only reimburse a portion for a few months - and not the whole time that there had been a leak). What was supposed to take 2-3 months took 6 months. And the reimbursement amount was laughable - not even half of a bill. I had to call them after the four month mark to see what was taking so long. They replied that they were trying to ensure that they gave me a “just amount” back as a reimbursement because the differences in the bill - leak vs. no leak - was so great. Thanks but that was a complete waste of my time and theirs."
