"DO NOT print anything at this UPS location. I placed an online order for printing which was scheduled to be picked up the next day. I showed up to pick up the order and they did not even know the order was placed. They then tried to print the order on different paper than I paid for and when I asked for a refund, they could not offer it. They told me I could come back later and pick it up before they close. When I did, the order was still not complete. Still waiting on my refund and will never go to the location again. I printed at Staples in Greenwood instead where they were able to complete it faster, with better quality, and at a cheaper price."

"I am disabled and have to use a cane. I had 2 heavy (for me) items I needed shipped. I took them to the store then asked for help getting them inside. One of the clerks went to my car and carried them inside. They then packed them up for me, only charging me for 2 boxes. That was a great service. I would have had trouble doing all that. This is a great store with fantastic service. Thank you for being so eager in helping me out. I'd give you 10 stars if I could."
