"This place damaged my silk pottery barn curtains! I continuously left messages and went into the store to get resolved but the owner would never respond! Instead of handling this issue responsibility, they closed their store and never resolved! Terrible way to run a business!"
"The people who work here are great and they do a wonderful job; however, we are having to use someone else because I spend more time driving there to find them closed for a certain amount of time, and they never open back up until the next day. This has become a consistent problem."
"I can't praise this place enough. I once had a family member pass away and needed a garment cleaned way outside of their normal drop off/pick up schedule. They made it happen. Another time I needed some patches sewn onto an item. It was crooked due to our lack of attention to detail (they sewed it exactly where we said). They still fixed it for free. Of course all of our day to day is always flawless as well. Best in town as far as i'm concerned."
"They are professional and do a great job taking care of our clothing. We don't have any problems finding cracked buttons or tiny tears in our clothing when we get them back. Which was a constant problem we had with our prior dry cleaners."
"I asked for no starch and no creases for 2 pair of black jeans and a pair of black jean shorts. I received all 3 pieces back faded and starched with creases. When I asked management for an explanation, I was told there is a process that causes jeans to fade over time. I told him great, they are all new. Why are they starched and creased when my ticket states they shouldn’t be? Nothing!!! Just awful 3 garments ruined without explanation."
