His name is Jacob and he was a wonderful man! even though it was to be a freight delivery (that means they drop it off). This man in the rain saw that Kenny and I are older and could not handle it so he put it down unwrapped it and piece by piece placed it in the garage for us. "I had 2 parcels shipped from Nebraska to Indiana. First parcel showed up 5 days late, damaged badly and missing pieces from a whole in the bottom of the box where a forklift ran through it. Second parcel was found sitting on a dock in Iowa, I was promised to have it the next day, it showed up 2 days later, damaged and beat up."
