"Decent place to wash, the staff is mostly friendly. However if you have to use the restroom please BYOT( bring your own tissue). In 7+years I've never saw tissue in their facilities."

"I only have 1 star, because you cannot give 0 stars. The attendant needs another job. I have been coming here for 9 yrs+. It has always been clean and the machines worked. This attendant in 2 hrs, never picked up a broom and had a very negative attitude. Time to buy my own washer and dryer."
"Have been using this place for about a year now. The staff has always been so nice and very helpful, until tonight. There is a new girl there that locks the doors at 7pm, even though they don't close until 8. If I even go back, it will definitely be during the mornings when those sweet ladies are working and not when the new Rude girl works."
"This used to be a good place to go but of late the late night staff has definitely taken a turn for the worse. I decided to give them another try tonight after getting fed up & it was worse. I understand that the lady has to clean up before closing but no matter where I moved, she had to be right there. This is even after completely changing sides of the place I was standing TWICE! Unfortunately I wanted to finish drying my clothes & wanted to fold them, as this apparently conflicted with her plans. I definitely understand closing time but no other business that I know of will tell you that you are basically going to be thrown out at 8 o'clock on the dot. It wasn't like I waited till 7:45 to start my wash, I was finishing folding & getting ready to leave to get away from her attitude."
