"My niece and nephew was refused medical attention due to being 20 minutes late to one appointment. The other was automatically canceled by office personnel for no show. Appointments were 9:30 and 10:00. They only gave a reminder for the 10:00 on my chart app. Thry showed at 9:45. Office management needs to address this matter. The monopoly this office has over the county is unreal. This pediatricians have too many patients for this office. There is not a lot of pediatricians in Henderson County."
