"I scheduled an appointment online, I even called to confirm the appointment. I got a text at 4 saying they were on the way. At 5:40 with no one showing or calling I called them again. After a long hold I was told she spoke to Ron the franchise owner and manager, he said that they came by my house and no one was there. The odd thing is that I was sitting by the window in front of my driveway waiting with the windows open. It would be impossible for me to miss them. I asked why they didn’t bother to call if they said no one was home. She said they called but it didn’t go through. I explained that is the phone number we are talking on now and the address I’m still sitting at waiting on them. It would be one thing if they called and said hey, we are sorry, we got behind and cannot make it today, let’s reschedule. I get that, but instead they never called and then lied about every aspect of their actions. I requested a call from Ron, I can update accordingly but so far they have lied about coming today, lied about showing up at my house and lied about calling. I never received a call from the franchise owner or manager so I called to cancel. 1.5 hours later I get a text that they’re on their way. I replied not to come because I d already cancelled it. Then I get a call from a MS number that they’re on their way, I explained that I called and canceled it 1.5 hours ago. Another question now is why didn’t they respond to me when I texted them back 2x yesterday? Clearly they are getting the responses. I would not recommend doing any business with this company."
"The two men that came were very professional and did a great job! We had a large shag rug and a smaller rug that had pet odors and stains on them. They both look great now and smell good too.They showed up on time and It took less than an hour. We are very pleased. Thank you!"
"In fact I told the guy to move my loveseat to steam behind . He did The sofa they didn’t steam behind. Disappointed as first timer to use your business. My living is not a huge one."
