"1/11/23 - on the day I left the original review (which is below) a representative reached out. After talking to Kacie I felt heard. I really just wanted to feel like they cared about what happened. Kacie called and let me know that the way I felt mattered. The next day she called and they made things right. I wasn't expecting anything I just wanted to feel heard. If ever needed ( which I hope we don't) we will give them another chance. Like I said previously, everyone was SO VERY nice and everything was packed up so nicely so nothing would break. With that and the way the problem was handled I would be happy to give them another try. People have off days and it's okay. 1/9/23- this review started with two stars. Let me start with everyone was very nice and everything was packed nicely so nothing would break. However, nothing was clean. We had a house fire and wanted everything that was salvageable to be cleaned and packed. Everything that I opened had to be cleaned (except for two glass pans). After telling servepro in an email that things were not cleaned and having someone come verify that it was not clean (still very nice when they came out) we were still charged $6k (close to $4k for cleaning). In the end I stil had to clean EVERYTHING."
"The Servpro team has been awesome in helping us recover from a slowly leaking pipe! Stephen showed up within 30min of calling them on a Saturday morning and has been on top of things since then. He communicated all the steps well and has worked directly with our insurance. Logan and his crew did an excellent job removing the damaged flooring and parts of walls. They sealed off the affected area and carefully moved our furniture around in the process."
