"I like to come to this location because it's close to home, unfortunately I came in around 3pm today and there were roaches in the restroom and some were around the white machines towards the back, and these were not water bugs, but small roaches that can infest your home. Some one please spray put bait down whatever you need to do so we can have a peace of mind that we aren't bringing any pests home with us."

"I think they are unprofessional. The did not communicate with me that they ruined my paints until I stopped by to pick them up. I was then told I would get a call back. Still no call. I called them today and I was told it was a “manufacture defect.” How would they know unless it’s happened prior? The young lady said she’s never seen anything like it. Which tells me it’s not a manufacturer defect. There was no apology offered, no money to buy new pants. I was basically told it was something that I put on them and that it was my fault (in layman terms). Never knew laundry detergent and water cause pants to tear up or shred (or whatever happened to them). I then told the young lady that I needed someone to call me back. She called me back to tell me she was relaying a message. The insult to say they won’t charge me for the cleaning. As if that would justify the fact that I dropped off pants to be cleaned not ruined. That’s obvious because I wouldn’t pay for that type of service. They ruined my pants and told me that they are back from the plant and I can pick them up. Pick them up to do what with exactly? Definitely can’t wear them. Needless to say management hasn’t called, wear house, nobody but someone who “just works there relaying a message.” Disappointment is an understatement. DO BETTER on communication and customer service Aubrey and the rest of the staff."
