"I have used Royal Fine for years, and I have had consistently good service until recently. Lately, they have become ridiculous about accepting any clothing that has even a speck of pet hair on it. I just picked up 8 items today but only 4 were returned. When I asked about the other 4, they had to search and eventually found them. They were sealed in a bag and uncleaned because a tiny amount of pet hair was found on them. Nothing has changed in my house since I first started using them, and the clothes are being submitted in the same condition they always have been. I don't know what has changed, but this level of service is not only ridiculous but also unprofessional as I was not called and informed of this prior to picking them up nor was there any indication of this in the system. I drove the 4 garments that Royal Fine refused to clean to a competitor, and they accepted them immediately and said there was no issue with them."
"Great quality and friendly staff. But call before you go. Their hours on Google are not accurate. They currently have a sign on the door stating that they are closed for all Saturday football games. Otherwise, I highly recommend!"

"This cleaners is the worst place for alterations! Do not use them! They took over a month to put in a zipper on a skirt. They originally said it would be $24 and then charged $25. Yeah, I know it's just a dollar, but they should be giving me a discount for my troubles, definitely not charging more. The guy said they send alterations out to a company that does high volume and isn't interested in doing one skirt-- would have been nice to know that over a month ago, buddy."
