"This is the cleaners I normally use but this is the second time they charge me $32 for a regular church dress with no extra beads or anything just a plain white dress with belt $32 they called it formal when the last time I got it clean there the same dress was around $10 or $12. I'm considering finding another cleaners"
"They took our clothes . Said they would b ready 4pm the next day today ! Get there 433pm they only had my husband's 2 shirts and said my dresses they couldn't do because of glitter. Well only 1 dress had glitter the other was stitched . Calvin Klein. Now I didn't get either of my 2 dresses back and she said come back tomorrow!! If u can't do them why didn't they come back with my husband's shirts so I could get them cleaned for my husband's Christmas party for his work . I'm so upset ! They've ruined my days !! Why even take them if u couldn't do them and why didn't they send them back ?!? Poooooor professionalism !!"
"90% of the time when we go back to find something loved last time, it is no longer carried! learned now if see something ya confidently like, have to stock up on it heavy. But if don't really know and just trying it...when shopping back next month, don't count on it being there... But overall, do like their customer service and way they check you out expeditiously, without you having to do much lifting"
