U Wash Coin Laundry

"As far as laundromat go I can say this one was decent. Clean, enough space and tables and plenty of machines. It is hard to find one that is not disgusting where you feel like you need to wash clothes after doing them, but U Wash is much better."

"Upon walking in, the first thing I notice is how clean the machines are and floor is. It’s breezy from the fans and the worker is super friendly. I’ve not been to a wash house before but this was a pleasant experience: he did inform me that it’s $1.75 per pound to drop off and for a queen comforter it’s $20. I will be doing this every 2 weeks !!!"

"I had MANY loads of clothes to wash. They have 2) 6 load washers and a lot of 4 load washers. Their dryers seem sufficient. The management is friendly and accommodating. The other patrons were also friendly and every time I have been they have been friendly. They have WiFi now, but I didn't realize it and so I didn't end up using it this time. It has air, but with all the dryers it was a little warm. The place was nice and clean and the bathroom now has toilet paper. I believe the management has changed since I'd last went there. It seems nicer than before. They have a change machine that works and a TV, but the TV did seem to be now in an odd place and they should invest in a TV bracket so it could be mounted closer to the patrons instead of flat on the wall far from the seating. It has searing but it would be nice if it had more seating and also seats at the round table (it has only one seat there and I like to eat when washing laundry, but one chair wasn't enough for us to sit at the table and eat, and the other seating was mostly taken and so we just ate in my car. I don't go to the laundry mat just to eat though and so I was still happy with the service. The manager was very helpful when I had an issue with the washer not doing right and he made sure to get all my quarters back. He thought it was more than I had put in, but it wasn't, but regardless, he was willing to let me have the extras if it was, so he still got points for that. I also noticed him following up with another patron about something they were looking for or planning to do in the past (I wasn't paying their conversation real attention) I did notice though, that he genuinely cares about his customers..I don't go too often because I USUALLY only go to wash blankets and ONLY when desiring to wash my son's and my blankets all at once, and usually I wash them at different times at home. I will return here though in the future because I felt welcomed and it was a pleasant experience. Plus, then now having the internet is definitely a plus and the main thing I used to not like about them before. I would definitely suggest this laundry mat. They also have decent parking and benches outside too."
