"I’m new here in Athens Alabama. So I used Google to find a place to do drop off laundry. I work a lot of hours so that best fits my life situation. So Saturday morning I walk into the laundry; not a person in sight. Saw a sign that said drop off service suspended January through April. Posting this review so no one else wastes their time and gas."
"I went to this place because I thought it was gonna be a decent place. Got there it was somewhat clean. The prices u pay to wash and dry clothes however is a different subject. It took us close to $30 to wash and dry three loads of clothes, which didn't even come out clean. I usually don't leave bad experiences, but this was ridiculous! Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper when my clothes were done.."
"First time walking into this place and it was FILTHY. I can understand a few dryer sheets here and there but this was like the inside of attic with the amount of lint compared to insulation. A woman was cleaning, so I thought no biggie. I only had a $20 bill. Their coin machine doesn’t accept any bill over a 10. So I told her I was leaving my basket there to walk next door to the nutrition shop to grab a drink and get change. I did that, came back, go to stick a $10 bill in the machine and she says “no change” credit card only. REALLY…."
"Expensive and filthy. Trash and debris all over the floor. Spills and trash all over the tables. Dust and spilled detergent over the tops of the machines. It's obvious nobody has attended to this place in a long time. I didn't even wait inside. Took my clothes home to fold because of the disgusting state of the place."
"This is a new laundry very modern, very clean. Attendant was very friendly and professional. The prices are the same as elsewhere plus they have one size larger in both washer and dryer size. Also the wash cycle is longer. There is an app you can download to use your credit card and collect points towards use. Having a scanner on your phone is helpful. I will be using this laundry again. Recommend highly."
