"I booked this company based on these google reviews and their $88 three-room online special. It was easy to book online, and they had a lot of open time slots available. I expected that with only one “room” in my basement plus the stairs, it couldn’t be too far off from the $88 price. Come to find out, it’s extra for the stairs (that’s fine) and ~ $120 extra for “pet stains”. Great...$88 turns into $290. I should have done my homework. But at least my nasty carpet is going to be clean. Anthony does a good job, throws in a complimentary stain guard treatment, and encourages me to write a review. It looked great when he finished, except for the fact that he didn’t move some lighter weight pieces of furniture, like the coffee table, so the entire carpet wasn’t even cleaned. Now it’s been a couple of days and the primary stains are back. Granted, not as bad as before. The odor is also not great, kind of smells funky, like a dampness, not fresh. Not impressed. Update: Brandon with safedry contacted me to follow up on this review and scheduled Anthony to return to re-clean the stained areas. He arrived an hour after the appointment time. Like before, the areas looked great when he left but the stains returned. This is a high traffic area so it may continue to return."
