This company banks on the bait and switch marketing scheme to pressure you for the service once they are in your home. "False advertising! I was told a certain price over the phone with a mail coupon and when the technician arrived it was four times the amount. I told the technician to leave and will not use them!"
"This company advertises all the time in my area, so I decided to give them a try since they APPEARED to be more reasonably priced than the company that I usually use and there was the convenience of online booking. Nevertheless, the online booking quoted a price of around $175. When the technicians arrived (in a mazda suv with no markings and no uniforms), the price jumped to $600+. When I said that the cost was more than the online price, I was told that the online prices were "starting" prices. Then, the technician attempted to charge me for an estimation fee, since he drove over 2 hours from MONTGOMERY, yet they advertised in BIRMINGHAM. I refused to pay and had them leave my home. Long story short...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! False advertising at it's worst...smh"
