"Why did I start taking our clothes to this cleaners? Honestly, I am not sure BUT I am glad I did. The service we received is spot on and the ladies, OH the ladies, who run this store are quite possibly the sweetest, most kind and considerate I’ve ever encountered. Even though I only bring my LOAD every 2-3 months they greet me by name and are always quick to acknowledge my 3 year old son in the back seat, who they gave a sucker to once, and now they are his “best friends” and he remembers. If they don’t have sucker one day, I promise there will be one the next. I can’t say enough great things about W & S and look forward to the smiling faces each time I drive up. See ya soon :)"

"First experience with W&S Cleaners, and I could not be more pleased. Quick courteous service when I dropped off 3 suits, 3 sports jackets, and 4 shirts to be cleaned and pressed. I dropped this large load off on Tuesday afternoon, and they were ready Friday at about 11 AM. They check you in with your name and phone number, give you an estimated time it will be ready, and text you when it is actually ready for pick up. I thought it was going to cost me at least $100, but was pleasantly surprised when it was $ 61.49. The quality of the work was also excellent. I did not need any mending, but know that us a service they offer. W&S has won my business going forward, and I will be recommending them whenever the subject of dry cleaners comes up."

"This cleaners is a hidden gem - and I honestly don’t leave reviews for ANYTHING! Times have truly changed and not for the better when it comes to business! It is rare nowadays to find businesses run with integrity, professionalism and proper etiquette. I have searched for a dry cleaning service, one located conveniently to my home, for over 2 years; I had no luck until about 2 months ago. I was attempting to find a dry cleaners on my own by visiting them in person and interacting with the staff - but after the third rude encounter, I was done! No exaggeration - my last encounter was at a cleaners right off South Shades Crest, next to a gas station. The front counter staff person was on her cell phone when I walked in (never hung up), no greeting given even after I spoke. I had specific requests regarding my clothing and the young lady wrote nothing down even after I asked her how would the person who does the cleaning know my request if you don’t make a note? Her response was “if there’s no crease in the pants when they get them they won’t put a crease in them.” Two pairs of my husband’s dress pants were brand new with creases in them, which he did not like and also why we opted to put them in the cleaners; so the creases could be removed. The fact that the staff person failed to perform the simplest of task and had the rudest tone when talking to me was bewildering to me, to say the least. As I stood there in disbelief she threw my pieces into a laundry bag and asked for my name and number - I politely asked for my clothes and walked out. She actually grunted when I asked for my clothes back. Horrible customer service! I honestly don’t know how they are in business with employees like that. All that said, I returned home, grabbed my laptop and searched for a dry cleaners. I was just about to opt for a pick up cleaning service with great reviews until I came across a local cleaners, right here in Helena who also has great reviews, not as many but those who did leave reviews had great things to say. I jotted down the address and hopped in my car. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted at the counter with a warm, genuine smile. That smile was accompanied by a pen and pad, with the next question being, how may I help you today? I was sold at that point but I must say the quality of their work is also great! I prefer to keep my money in the town that I live whenever possible, supporting our local businesses - WS Cleaners is definitely a win-win! Give them a try!"

"I've lived a few minutes away from W&S (Ken's) Cleaners for 18 yrs, never going in but passing by daily. My first time using their service and it was an awesome experience. I had no idea their alterations were off site but once explained, it made sense. Both of my pants were altered to perfection. The customer service experience was top tier along with communication. My issue was resolved in little to no time. Ms. Sonya is such a sweetheart and Ms. Jenny went above and beyond with that zipper on my favorite pants. I most definitely recommend this establishment for your cleaning and alterations services!"
