"Gina came HIGHLY recommended by both our realtor and my own parents who she cleaned for after they moved. I was thrilled to have someone that had such a reputation as she did. However, after arriving back to our new house after a clean that took 1.5 hours to do on a 5,000 square foot house, and after they needed up being about 45 minutes late to the job, I am not exaggerating when I say it literally looked like nobody had even been there. Excuse my lack of grammar and uses of run on sentences but I don’t have the patience at the point to write everything that was wrong correctly. We had already paid the $725 within an hour of receiving her invoice before arriving back at the house. Had we waited, I honestly cannot say that I would have paid her and her team. There is still urine on the bottom of the toilet seats, food particles on the kitchen sink faucet, what looks like mold on the kitchen sink drain, every single set of blinds is covered in dust, I have videos but it won’t let me upload a video- just a photo. When I told Gina that we were unhappy with the service she said “I’m sorry your unhappy with your service” and I have not heard back from her since. I sent her photos and videos, I asked for an itemized list of what was supposed to be done, I asked for either a refund or a second clean. Still no response. I honestly feel like we were scammed. 0/10. Do not use this service. Devastatingly unprofessional."
