"I came in for an appointment at 10am to get my phone screen fixed. Already put in an insurance claim, and my fix was covered. They told me it should be about 3:30, I came in at 4 and it was ready! Good experience overall, pretty streamlined online experience."

"I went in for a simple screen replacement (with an appointment from my insurance provider) expecting a 2-3 hour experience. I was given an estimate of 5 hours. A bit much but ok. At the 6 hour mark I was told my phone was next. I have been here which is 60 miles away from home (store was informed I was was from out of town when dropped off) with no phone, no GPS, and no way to know when I will be ready. Finally at 4:30 aft dropping my phone off at 10am they are halfway finished with my device. At 5 they have about 10min of testing amd Finally at 5:46 I was given my phone. This was the worst experience with something so simple. In the end my screen was fixed but in the future I will be mailing it in."

"I went to the location to get my screen fixed on my Galaxy 23U, when I got there on Friday morning he told me it wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm but if I could come back on Sat morning at 10a and he could have it done by around 12:30p so I did. So Sat morning I arrived at the store at 9:45a so that I could be first in line. However I Sat there until 10:35a and he still hasn't arrived. When I called the number on the door it was disconnected so I tried the number on their location page and no one answers the phone ever. It is a 30 min drive each way for me to go to this location but it is the location Verizon sent me to. This has not been a pleasant experience for me and meanwhile I still don't have my phone fixed."

"Awful, brought an iPod to them for a battery replacement... had it for 2 weeks only to return it and say they don't service the 7th gen models and no clue which locations do... told me to buy a new device or try Trussville and Hoover, but wasnt sure what they could/couldn't do..Techs that arent technical- waste of time. I should have used the Ubreakifix while I was in Denver and bypass the Birmingham locations all together"
