"Recently had a back window replaced in my car at the glass doctor in Homewood. Did an excellent job,at at an excellent price. The Technician explained to me how to remove the interior moldings so I can replace the wiper motor And when I replaced it, it was so easy because of his assistance. I would highly recommend them to anyone. also, I called on Christmas Eve and they actually answered and set me up an appointment for Tuesday. I was expecting to get an answering Recording but I got to talk to A human,I was so impressed."

Great communication, excellent service, talked through my options and explained in detail possible outcomes so I could make an informed decision on what I should do. Their customer service is outstanding. Had to visit them two days in a row. One chip fixed one day. The next got hit by rock on interstate and was back very next day getting that repaired. Will use them for everything glass related going forward."
"Best experience of all the glass companies I called to try to get an estimate on repairing our windows. Ended up going with them and so glad we did. There is a process, submit photos to the techs. They will get back. They had to put a ticket in. Then I got a call a tech would be out to look. They came. Then they ordered our replacements and thought it might take up to three weeks, it didn’t. Maybe a week or so for the glass to come in(which is out of their control depending who the vender is). The tech came out. Keith was nice and super professional. He even put my blinds back up for me. I would use them again. I hope I won’t have to but if I do this is the company I am going with."

I was able to get a same day appt to have my windshield replaced. All in all I'm very satisfied with the work, the price and the finished product.
