"We are working with Local Air for our new home construction. They did the rough-in for our A/C system, kitchen hood vent and bathroom vents. Zach & Alisha have communicated well with us about the layout and air flow in our home and made suggestions about appropriately sized motors for the homes ventilation in addition to the A/C units. They have installed two A/C units in our 2-story home now that we’re nearing the completion of construction. We’re almost done and I know they’ll see us to the finish line! We will continue to call them and use Local Air for the servicing needs of our system going forward. Zach & Alisha are personable, easy to work with and good at what they do!"
"Our AC went out on Saturday of course Zack and Alisha came promptly. The problem was a burned out motherboard. Zack called all suppliers but they were closed. Brought us a portable AC to use for the weekend. Got the part this morning fixed it and now glorious cool air. Definitely recommend them"
"These guys do great work! We had spoken to several other HVAC companies about replacing our system, and most were in and out in less than a minute, giving us a price quote. They were the first company to measure anything like doorways and the current system dimensions. They pointed out several issues, like our indoor unit being 3 tons while our outdoor unit being 2.5 tons, something no one else mentioned. We are so happy to still meet honest, hard-working people in this day and age. Highly recommend. 5/5 Stars!!!"
"Very impressed! They looked at the cleaning of the unit both inside and out and quoted a good price. They showed up when they promised and were very professional while in our home. They worked great as a team and were very efficient and kept everything so clean. We will definitely use them again for all our HVAC needs!"
