I have on multiple occasions, paid other competitors to fix issues that were always reoccurring and cost me thousands for something as simple as a clogged drain. line. Chaz is not only reliable, professional but he is Honest. I trust his word completely, because he has proved that he does great work and also has helped me on numerous occasions. I work in the short term rental business which always has emergency issues arise last minute. Customer service is hands down, nothing I’ve ever experienced esp in this service industry. Chaz even helped run to the store to purchase a filter on his way for a emergency service call I placed to him 15 mins prior (which is not a service they offer) but insisted on it, because I had my 2 year old daughter with me who was asleep and not feeling great.This local family business, treats you like family and will forever have us as clients and we wouldn’t think to refer to anyone else. "My A/C went out 2 times in one week. It’s an old unit and we rent the house so I really didn’t want to purchase a new and didn’t have the money to at the time. Chaz came out very quickly with one of the times being early Saturday morning. He did everything he could to get our unit working for me and my 2 year old! It was middle of the summer and super hot so I was very thankful! Great service and super fast!"
