"For a doctor to call child a liar for a issue she has had ongoing for weeks is completely unprofessional and for Good Samaritan Hospital to not allow me to file a complaint is ridiculous. My children will not be going back to Dr. Pacheco or Good Samaritan Hospital ever again."
"My daughter has had 2 reoccurring issues that Dr. Pacheco said was "normal" and was clearly not normal. In fact, 1 of the issues could have ended up causing serious problems down the road. We had 2 other opinions given and we were told this was not something that should be ignored and medicine was given right away to help. Also, she was having some ADHD signs like concentration issues, blurting out in class and trouble focusing on one thing. He immediately recommended putting her on medication without any type of evaluation or assessment. He just figured drugging her would be the easiest option even after I expressed my concern about not wanting her on meds at 6 YEARS OLD. She was evaluated by a specialist and with a little bit of help, encouragement and practice, she is doing great and does not need medication. I would not take your child to him if I were you, unless you don't want them properly cared for."

"The wait may take a while, but the care is always above and beyond. My children have seen Dr Pacheco since birth. They're always excited to go and see him! (Even if they're sick) He's very knowledgeable and will listen to a parent or patients concerns and offer advice or help. 10/10 highly recommended!"
